I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your connection! There was an outage affecting a subset of customers in the Sunset this evening which was due to a hardware issue. Maintenance has been completed and the majority of the affected customers are back in service at this point. If you haven't done so already all that should be necessary at this point is a power cycle of the ONT (pull the grey, round power cord from the bottom of the device, leave it out for about 20 seconds, then plug it back in. here is a link to a page with pictures of the piece of equipment:
