Brentwood Fiber Still Rolling Out?

I am wondering if fiber is still being deployed to the neighborhoods in Brentwood that have conduit? I have fiber service already and love it but I have a friend who is a few blocks away and has conduit but no Sonic yet...I know the areas that showed the most demand initally were to be serviced first but I remember being told all of the other areas that had conduit would get it eventually. Dane?

All of the neighborhoods with connected conduit which were part of the initial design are completed. There are some new ones which have been built in the last couple years that we are now integrating into the build in another pass.

Dane, Thanks for the quick reply! The area in question is Paradise Cove and the street is Guise Way. I know those houses were built between 00-02 so they should have conduit. Any info on that area?

Paradise Cove is a conduit zone. It should qualify for Gigabit Fiber if you input the address at https://www.sonic.com/availability!

Mikey,

You are correct about it being a conduit zone but if you search 80 Guise Way as an example, you will see that it is not showing as available.

It appears that address is part of the Providence and not Paradise Cove. Unfortunately Providence is a non-conduit zone.

One quick and easy double-check: do you see "City of Brentwood Fiber-optic" boxes in lawns in the area? They're concrete, 2'x3' in size.
