My house does not have a NID and it looks like the telephone cable was cut.
Does sonic provide installation service? Where do I start?

Yes, simply order service and it should get taken care of. Opt for a technician install so that we can hook up the inside wiring. Don't be surprised if there is a delay or two as a result of the missing MPOE/NID.
