Why is Pogowave out? 24 hours now, ?72 hrs more to wait?

I'm not familiar with the RF band(s) that Pogowave uses but could the interference problem be related to something like this:

It's certainly possible. We have spoken with PG&E and the company that makes the meters, and they have assured us that they occupy very little air time and are unlikely be the cause of any issues. But, who knows.
