+ 1 for unbundling phone service. Or at least let customers opt out. I have not had a landline for several years, and don't miss it. I can do my own VOIP with whatever app I choose. I don't need to pay for phone service I don't use.

We understand how you feel about the bundled phone service. The phone service being bundled with internet classifies our service as a utility. This is because internet itself isn't considered a utility yet. Being a utility allows us to build out our fiber network while helping keep our costs low. Our CEO touches on it a little bit but if we were to offer stand alone internet right now it wouldn't necessarily save you money. We're working on stand alone internet product that is reasonably priced but I don't have an ETA or any extra information beyond that. Hopefully we'll be able to announce something along those lines soon.
