Same as Dane... I have dimmers in several rooms, using dimmable CFLs. I was never able to find any correlation between usage of the dimmers and the intermittent problems I was having. However, Support had made the recommendation that I check the dimmers early in the debugging process.
Ironically, Support also noted that some people have had problems when plugging their DSL modems into UPSes, and suggested I try plugging the modem directly into a wall socket. In my case, it made no difference.
The problems I'd been having seem to be resolved, thanks to persistence from Sonic.net support. <fingers crossed>
