Hi,
I'm setting up the Fusion DSL service and I already have a wireless router configured and ready that I'd like to use. Do I set the Sonic ZXDSL modem to bridge and then activate PPOE or similar login service in the wireless router, or do I keep the ZXDSL "as-is" and just disable any DHCP server services on it?

Thanks,
Ted

The basic single-port ZTE modem/bridge is set up by default as a bridge, so it will not do NAT, and will simply pass on the traffic. So, you shouldn't need to do anything, just plug it in.

If you did buy the larger four-port ZTE router with WiFi, you could lobotomize it by putting it into bridging mode, but that sort of guts the value you spent extra money for, the routing and WiFi.
