I recently came across the tool called Namebench, which tests a bunch of DNS services.
Today it's telling me this:
OpenDNS-2 is 23.3% Faster than your current primary DNS server
Hm. Is there any point fishing around for a faster DNS source? I'm now using Sonic's.
While I do notice slow loading web pages fairly often, I usually blame my 2011 Mac hardware.
If Sonic's able to tune up DNS speed, it might be a useful clue to run the comparison.
