I switched from AT&T Uverse to sonic. I switched because AT&T could not Port forward my DSL Modem. They only support the Motorola 2210 and that Modem does not Port Forward. After Many Many hours on the phone and transfer after transfer along with disconnections, I decided it was time to look for another ISP. I am very new to sonic, Only hours, I sure hope once ZTEW300 modem comes I can port forward. Your Tech Support is outstanding and ANTHONY was very kind and knowledgeable. I plan to stay for many years! CHEERS
