You can obtain a distance estimate by using the Fusion sales page, prequalification form in the lower right.

Thank you. It returns "about 3,555 wire feet from our local serving office." From that I infer that speeds greater than 4.9M should be attainable. From my Noise Margin (6.1db) it seems that there is a noise issue that needs to be resolved before I expect much improvement. I'll work on that and see if I can get it up on my end although I'm not sure what I have left that can be done at this stage.

Noise margin is a sort of safety buffer - a setting that allows up to 6db of signal to noise ratio. That's a normal setting.

You should certainly work with support, they can help you test at the point of entry to the premises to determine if the trouble is inside or outside, then dispatch if it's the outside plant, or provide advice on wiring if it's your own premise wire that's the trouble. Just dial 611 for help!
