Sorry to bump an old thread, but I was wondering if the San Ramon rollout was complete. I live in the western part of San Ramon and the online form says our address and phone number don't qualify. I may be too far from the CO? Is there no hope for us?

Thanks!

Yes, San Ramon, Danville, Livermore and Dublin are now online. You might be too far from the CO - the website will show this when you put in your address.

What's your street and nearest intersection?

Thanks for the reply. I live on Bollinger Crest Common near the intersection of Deerwood Drive and Bollinger Canyon Road. It doesn't give a distance when I put the address into the Sonic website, but it may be because our complex is sometimes not found by many of the maps and online databases. The website just says Fusion isn't available at our address. I think there's only one CO in San Ramon according to the map that was posted some time ago, and it's pretty far from my address.

I'm afraid you're out of luck at that location for now. Be sure to supply your email address in the form for future notice if and when we expand to reach your location. Expansion is driven by demand, so do tell a friend, Nextdoor, Facebook, etc.

Looks like most populous and growing areas on east side of San Ramon and Dublin are not covered. I checked my own address and few test ones and no luck. Any estimates on when fusion comes to East Dublin and San Ramon?

I'd guess you'll begin to see Fusion products in those areas in a few months. If you've provided your email address on our website prequalification page, you'll receive notice when this occurs.

I live in a 125 unit development off of Alcosta Blvd and Bollinger Canyon called "Deer Ridge." Several of my neighbors and I would like to get Sonic gigabit internet. How many homeowners will you need to get a commitment from to bring fiber into our neighborhood? I believe I can rally many others, but want to know what is the critical mass?

SpeakING of livermore how about fiber to the new sage by shea development I know I can get fttn2 but I would prefer just to use sonic and not sonic as an attachment partner

When is 1Gb fiber coming to tri-valley, specifically to East Dublin? Seems like it's taking forever to expand and has already been in the middle of nowhere Brentwood forever...
