Sonic speed cut in half recently

Clearly this thread got off track but I'm still stuck with 50% of my previous speed. One last call to Sonic tomorrow before I move on as they apparently don't plan on giving me a status update.

Looks like I'm not the only one - I experienced a drastic reduction in my speed this past Friday (my normal download speed is 10-15 Mbps, and it went down to 3.5!). It went down more than half of what my normal speed is. It almost seems as if it's capped at that level, and it's been ongoing since Friday. I called for support today, and Sonic is sending a rep to check out the wires. I'm just learning about this AT&T thing, and I hope Sonic will help us resolve this if that is indeed the case.
