I just wanted to share a bit of frustration with my options for transitioning from single line service to bonded service. I'm less than 2000ft from the SF McCoppin CO, but I work with video and AnnexM is only able to give me 13Mbps/2.2Mbps of usable speed. I want bonded service but the cost to upgrade is $110 for the first month of service (approximately including SF taxes), $85 activation fee, and $150 installation fee. This means the first bill will be about $345. I don't mind paying $110 a month for the speed I would get, but the cost to transition is prohibitive. At this time I will stay on single line service, but uploading 1080p videos every day is really difficult.

To end on a positive note, I am very happy with how stable my service is and support are great. Thanks!
