I'm 4,500 feet away from the CO, what speed do you guys think I will achieve?

The speed can vary based on more than just the distance. Noting that, I'm over 5K feet from the CO, and I get 12.6 Kbps down.

Cool, thanks I was hoping to at least get 14mbps, so I can be getting close to 2mb/s transfer speed on downloads.

You may be able to get that as a peak speed for multiple simultaneous downloads. In my experience, the majority of sites from which I download aren't able to saturate the line.

But it's better that your line has better throughput than the sites! :-)

I got my internet installed Thursday and really impressed I'm maxing out at 20mbps, and it only fluctuates to about 17 through wifi which is great.

Have you dialed 611 and tried upload priority mode too? Be interesting to see what your http://gateway.sonic.net shows for your sync speed in the two modes.
