I am sonic 5 years custmer, "My bill has been rising continuously over the past five years. My bill has increased from a minimum of 40 to close to 80, and then I do not rent a router, which has brought me some benefits. Today, my monthly bill is $67. Then I received a message that they raised the price by $10 on March 9th, which means that I need to pay $77 a month next month. Sonic's network is excellent, which is beyond doubt. I looked at the bill,", "They bundle and sell a voice line, even if it's free, and I need to pay a fee of about $17 per month (which seems to be a government tax, but in fact, I think it's controlled by Sony). Sony never marks itself in advertising that it will impose voice line fees. I think it's fraudulent. I'm a regular customer of Sony, and I don't want to transfer to xfinity.", "I expect them to remove this damn voice line from my account within three months. If they still maintain such high spending after three months, I can only transfer to xfinity. However, xfinity is friendly to new users, and they will also increase their prices after two years. I really don't know which network company to choose when living in San Francisco.

Yeah, I'm paying around that...$67. Even with the upcoming price increase, it's still A LOT MORE competitive.

- NOT SUPPORTING the monopolies (supporting local business)
- No data caps to begin with. Not the BS money grab ..."you'll have to rent our equipment to get no caps...blah...blah..." or pay more to get no caps
- There's no need to buy or rent a modem. Recently, had to replace a modem because "it's out-of-date".(Comcast at another site)
- Symmetrical speeds
- Future upgrade to 10Gbps

I wouldn't sway even if it's $100.

How is the government tax "controlled by Sony"? (I think you meant Sonic?)
"xfinity is friendly to new users", they're called a monopoly for a reason, they can take that hit.

I was one of the first customers in the SF roll out. My bill has been rising slowly for the past 8 years or so but still not terrible today -- $66.92

Hey at least you got notified. I have been a customer for 5 years and they not only charge me more for my service than my tenant with a new connection they increased my fee this month by another 10$ to 77$ without bothering to notify me. Meanwhile they send me flyers and people to my door offering 49$ a month connections until they figure out I am an og customer being overcharged then they just say “sorry.” Weak, I am going elsewhere

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! We always strive to deliver the best possible services with great customer support so we are sorry to hear you feel this way regarding our bundled service offerings. We have received similar feedback requesting an internet only service option, and due to that feedback, we have begun offering an internet only version of our 10g fiber service. At this point, we are not offering an internet only version of our 1g fiber service and our 10g fiber is not yet available in your area however, if that changes, we will let you know!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! We are sorry to hear you feel this way regarding the notification of our recent price increase using the "important notice" section on a previous invoice. The new customers are eligible for a promotion which lowers the monthly cost by $10 for the first year. This promotion was available and was applied to your account when you signed up.
