I tried to set the 10g LAN1 Port to WAN but no luck it cannot connect to the internet.can anybody help. Thank you!

I took a look at your account and it appears you may have flooded your MAC table when trying to connect your "QNAP QHora-301W". I would suggest calling our support team at (707)-547-3400 between 8am and 10pm PST 7 days a week and having them clear the MAC table and then you can try reconnecting your device.
