The speed is great, actually probably more than I will never be able to appreciate, but I have some input on the process:

I got an email at 10:30 in the evening (night to me) saying a tech would arrive between 8 and 11 the next morning. That is kinda rough. It worked out, but I hadn't even read that message until 8:05 a.m.

The instructions for doing most everything could/should/might be dumbed down a bit to account for some of us who are old (78 in my case) enough not to be familiar with the language and have to Google every term/phrase. I got an email telling me to "power cycle" something but I had no idea what that means. Okay, I figured it out, but couldn't you just say "turn it off, count to...., turn it back on"? I guess the tech savvy might feel they were being talked down to, but I'm still in favor of KISS (keep it simple stupid) ;)

I just got a box in the mail today with an ATA in it; it says to plug in the blue Ethernet cable, but the cable which came with it is white. It's probably the right one, but is it? I am gonna try it, but maybe not. How would I know?

These are tiny things, and I would never disparage Sonic because Sonic is the best. But even the best can be better, and these are meant to be constructive criticisms.

Okay, one more thing.

My ATA has been plugged in for 45 minutes and it has three solid blue lights; actually they've been solid blue almost since I plugged it in.

The instructions say I am to wait for a solid green internet light. Ummm.....is it ready? Is my blue the green ???

Oh, so maybe that means the two lights by the white (supposed to be blue) plug at the back which are yellow and blinking green?

See what I mean? Nothing is very clear. It will sort itself out, but it's frustrating until then.

Getting my phone to work was not fun.
But now it is and I'm going to shut up.

Sorry to hear about your service issues. I have taken a look at your account and your circuit and it looks like there may be an issue. I would suggest giving our support line a call at (707)-547-3400 between 8am and 10pm PST 7 days a week for assistance and likely setting up a dispatch.

You can also request a call back at https://www.sonic.com/support_cba_reque ... AL_SUPPORT
