I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing such slow speeds all of the sudden. Upon taking a look at your account's line connection, there appears to be a short/ground on one of the lines, which is causing the slow speeds.
I would try giving our technical support department a call when you are able to, so that we can do some quick troubleshooting to narrow down if the issue is happening on AT&T's external wiring or on your home's internal wiring. After that, we can dispatch out the appropriate technician out to go fix the issue.
