Can I sign up for Standard Fiber? (Without voice) [Edit: YES!]

10,000 Mbps Fiber is available at my address as "Standard Fiber" (no voice) or "Fusion Fiber" (with voice). However, I signed up via door-to-door soliciting for a 3 month free trial, and was given Fusion Fiber even though I explicitly told the employee that I had no interest in voice and wouldn't sign up if that was included. How can I switch to Standard Fiber? I'm happy to switch to Sonic (I haven't added any billing information yet), but haven't been able to switch to Standard Fiber. If I cancel service completely, can I then reconnect with Standard Fiber?

+1 for this

Interesting, just saw these options after putting in my address.

I signed up for three month trial before I knew about 10G speeds, would love to just get the standard fiber service without phone. Anyway to switch to this? I think it also gets taxed differently if I have a phone connection. I'd like to keep just standard and not have fusion fiber.

Update (today) from Sonic Support:
Currently we do not have a way to down grade the test drive but it is coming to member tools soon. We will be able to down grade from Fusion to Standard at that time. Please keep an eye on your member tools for that update or feel free to reach out to us for further assistance in the future.
It will be possible to change services from Fusion to Standard, hopefully soon.

Yes, I’m (sic; "in") the rush to get Standard fiber launched, we do not yet have upgrade/downgrade tools. Coming soon.

Awesome, thanks! Will there be taxes associated with it like Fusion Fiber? Hoping it will be considerably less tax if at all since I know the phone lines are heavily taxed. Would love Sonic to eventually quote me a flat rate (eg $40) and only see that show up on my bill like ATT Fiber did when I was paying flat $60 (no taxes or fees)

I would think no. Currently paying $0 in tax for standalone fiber from other provider while we wait. I think it's under the Internet Tax Freedom Act.

FYI: I'm not sure if I lost the first 3 months free deal (I am in month 2).
