Outage began at 3:10pm Pacific.

Some neighbors have access, others do not. Not consistent across service area. I monitor several Sonic customers and not all are having issues.

DHCP release/renew for existing devices are working; I get a new DHCP lease each time.

Routing seems to fail at Sonic edge. Requests to internal Sonic resources (other customers, IPv6 gateway, etc) are working.

Connecting new devices to ONT (for troubleshooting) yields no DHCP offers. Confirmed with tcpdump.

Have tried rebooting ONT.
