Service totally interrupted twice tonight [San Francisco Subsrt]

We experienced two “total” service interruptions tonight. Every device in the house- wired Ethernet, wifi, and even plugging a laptop directly into the ONT Ethernet port- could not connect to anything on the WAN. The first interruption happened almost exactly at 10pm. The second one just now at about 1:20am. Each time connectivity was completely gone for a few minutes.

We have worked into the wee night hours a lot this year and never run into something like this. Is there maintenance or something going on that is not being reported?

First world problem I know…

Last night there was an outage in you area that started around 10pm and on top of that we also had planned maintenance after midnight. Sorry for the inconvenience, our engineers found that one of our switches failed but service should be restored now. If you're still having issues with your internet service let us know here or call our support team at 855-394-0100.
