I have a BGW320 on resold AT&T service. I am using the BGW in IP passthrough mode with a pfSense router behind it, and wifi disabled. Performance is good so far, but I have some questions.

1. I am seeing some strange things in the BGW logs. In particular, the BGW seems to be attempting to communicate with 2001:da8:2:f013::2 via ICMPV6, which "Policy (filtersets, etc.)" apparently blocks. That address, according to whois.arin.net, is an APNIC address. APNIC, in turn, gives this network info:

inet6num: 2001:da8::/40
netname: CER2BKB6-CERNET2
descr: ~{9z<RMxBgVPPD~}
descr: CERNET2 Backbone Connection and Test Block
descr: Beijing 100084, China
admin-c: LX58-AP
tech-c: LX58-AP
tech-c: CER-AP
country: CN
mnt-by: MAINT-CERNET-AP
status: ALLOCATED NON-PORTABLE
last-modified: 2008-09-04T06:49:18Z
source: APNIC

I disabled IPV6 as much as possible on the BGW, and nothing behind it uses IPV6 (it's disabled on the pfSense router!), so I'm pretty sure that the BGW itself is doing this. Does anyone know what's happening here?

Also I see occasional "Invalid IP packet" and "error" messages in the logs. Is there any way to get more detail on these?

2. What kinds of numbers are other BGW users seeing for fiber status/TX power and /RX power? I'm seeing ~18 and ~0.18, respectively.

AT&T upgraded the firmware to 2.13.4 recently, but I am still seeing the device attempt to connect to 2001:da8:2:f013::2 from time to time. Is anyone else seeing this? It appears as a packet blocked by "Policy (filtersets, etc.)" on the diagnostics/logs page.
