Got upgraded to Sonic Fiber today, but so far it's mostly woe, as I've been unable to get port forwarding working on the new Eero device that was installed, and which my various machines connect to.

I've set up port forwarding on the Eero. Sonic support checked my setup there and said it is fine and proper. All I know is that I cannot reach my devices from the outside world.

Support has suggested that I need to enable DMZ on the Vtech ONT, and has suggested multiple ways to do that, none of which work -- the Vtech does not respond to requests from a web browser, so I cannot get to any admin page. (Support tells me that they have conflicting information on whether such a page is even offered by this device.)

Anyone know how to get port forwarding working with this setup?

sorry about the trouble. The AdTran 822v is a newer device, and there are some differences in how it interfaces with both the network and your RG. That said, it looks like we were able to get you up and running. Are you still having issues? If so, please let me know so we can figure this out.
