I've posted this on the at&t forum and one other person replied and has the exact same problem as me.

@jhaines67 - I think you have a different issue unfortunately, as my connection is stable throughout this.

Sadly yours looks worse than mine and you seem to get the lag even earlier in your hops in your tracert. I have found another user on the at&t forums having my issue, so that's 3 people so far on fiber that's experiencing my issue.

I am noticing this on FTTN as well:

Tracing route to google.com [216.58.194.174]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.0.1
2 498 ms 514 ms 538 ms 99-36-160-1.lightspeed.sntcca.sbcglobal.net [99.36.160.1]
3 350 ms 492 ms 445 ms 71.148.135.48
4 300 ms 358 ms 456 ms 12.122.149.178
5 507 ms 511 ms 543 ms sffca22crs.ip.att.net [12.122.3.70]
6 320 ms 257 ms 398 ms 12.122.163.61
7 485 ms 496 ms 515 ms 12.255.10.230
8 513 ms 366 ms 406 ms 216.239.40.18
9 196 ms 275 ms 398 ms 108.170.237.23
10 411 ms 436 ms 435 ms sfo07s13-in-f14.1e100.net [216.58.194.174]

It's much worse for me (regularly seeing 500ms+) and seems to come and go throughout the day. I've reset my modem/router a few times but it has no impact. Anyone have any ideas?
