Why does my WiFi password revert back to default status? I've changed it a couple times now, but it won't stay.

This shouldn't be happening. At least, this shouldn't be anything with our service that can cause this. I can see you're not renting one of the loaner routers from us so it may be specific to your equipment. If your equipment is more than 5 years old, this may be the issue. If you like, you can call our support team and we can run through some troubleshooting steps to determine this for you.
