DNS queries all returning REFUSED from sonic resolvers

around 10:45 this morning, all queries sent to the dns resolvers that Sonic specified in the DHCP lease I got (50.0.1.1, 50.0.2.2) started returning REFUSED.
I'm on hold right now waiting for support. Is anyone else seeing DNS failures? I'm in the western part of San Francisco.

i'm guessing this is why I've been on hold waiting 20 minutes for support so far...
would be nice if sonic updated their status page.

We have no internet in the Richmond District in San Francisco...

Sorry about that, we were experiencing a DNS issue which resulted in a service outage for folks. It should be resolved now, please let me know if you still don't have surf.
