Does anybody know if Sonic has plans to provide fiber optic service in the Dolores Park area? If so, by when? have a friend in the Castro who has the service and is very happy with it. I recently installed Fusion and fiber is not available here (pre-ordering is not available either). All cell phones need wi-fi here because Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T do not offer a good connection.

For the Dolores Park area, the utilities are underground and we are not able to dig or micro-trench to get our service installed. Currently, the city of San Francisco is only allowing us to install via overhead cables (telephone poles). Hopefully in the future, they will allow us to install underground in areas where we previously couldn't. I wish we had better news but I hope this information helps.
