Opened a ticket (6222253 ),and was asked to post here.

When attempting to use the Fusion IPv6 Tool, I always get the message that a supported managed IPv6 capable modem associated with this service address.

Tech asked me to post here:

"I looked over our documentation, and checked your modem. The location for setting this up on your modem does seem different, and is missing the fields to setup IPv6. Can you post this on our forums at https://forums.sonic.net/ , as the folks who support the IPv6 functionally read and reply there."

What modem do you use with you Fusion x2 service? I believe the IPV6 tool only supports Sonic provided Pace 5168N, 5268AC, and maybe the SR515AC. Can't remember for sure.

Hello!

For the Pace 5268AC, you will need the 10.5.4.527153 firmware version and using Fusion DSL. Sadly it does not seem that your router has that firmware. We are unable to change your firmware to this version. I am sorry for any incovience this may cause you.

Best Wishes!

So what's my recourse here then guys? Sorry, no IPV6 for you?

This is a relatively new device that I'm renting from Sonic after I upgraded to the x2 service.

We're currently looking into it. Sorry I don't have a good answer just yet but I want to let you know that we're reviewing how we can get you new firmware and I hope to have an answer for you soon.

Best regards,
