Been getting this message for days. Connectivity has become erratic. Restarting the device has not worked. Any ideas?

Under Diagnostics/Reset, the last option "Reset device..."
You will lose any changes you have made to the configuration, but there probably isn't another solution.

My name is Brian, I am with Sonic; It looks like you have already tried factory resetting the modem from the email chain I see here on your account. That being said, we need to make a ticket with AT&T and get them to take a look at this, there might be something they can do remotely or they will need to replace the device. I have made a ticket for AT&T to look at the situation. Our team is going to call over to AT&T and get this sorted for you. Once they have finished speaking with AT&T and they will let you know what the next steps are, you should hear back within 24 hours.
