After the power outage today in Berkeley I have been unable to get online. My router is working fine. Seems like I can't get Sonic to connect. How can I fix?
Have you had a chance to check that there is power to the optical network terminal, the small white box? You should see a green light for power, fiber, and LAN lit up on the front of the unit. If those are off, maybe it or a power supply was damaged?
