Yes, it is possible for us to add multiple people as admins on your account. However, it is only necessary to be an admin if you would like them to have the ability to make overall changes on the account. We will still be able to provide technical support and answer general questions if the person is not on the account.
That being said, if you're okay with giving that person admin privileges like making changes to the account, adding new services, cancelling the account, etc., then you would just need to call us (707)-522-1000 between 8am-10pm and we can add them onto the account.
