We are recent and enthusiastic! Sonic fiberoptic customers, having transferred our internet and phone from comcast. We do maintain our comcast connection for TV only.
We have been continually frustrated by frequent losses of our internet connection, which is particularly troubling during business meetings and even in the middle of our presentations. Our usual internet connection is Safari though we also use Chrome at times. (we have MacBook Pro laptops that we use with the latest operating system).
Please help us solve these internet loss problems!
