Is there a way to diagnose intermittent Broadband light going red to flashing green problems? This has been going on for two weeks, I've called into Support, but since it is intermittent, nobody can seem to solve it. As of tonight, it has happened a dozen times and it is just me on the line (and the rest of the home devices). I'm not doing anything but watching Twitch. Other times, it happens during work Zoom meetings or Teams. But then other days, the Broadband light will stay solid for days.
I'm on Fusion IPBB (resold U-verse). I've run the BGW210 RG diagnostics and it's all fine. Anybody have any insight? This is incredibly frustrating.
