Anyone at Sonic can give update on practically 0 connection. Below is the speed test screen shot.

Hello,

At this time we see significant upload saturation happening on your line that has started around 8am and is continuing even now. This is typically caused by backup programs that are in progress like: Google Drive, One Drive, iCloud etc. Do you subscribe to any of these programs mentioned? You'll want to look for an active backup in progress on one of your computers or unplug the network cable or disable WiFi on each computer/device one by one till your speed comes back up to normal. Whichever device you removed from your network last before the speed comes back up will be the culprit. I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
