I'm an independent contractor and just switched to Sonic two days ago. I'm still using the same router and setting as before. It seems to access the internet with no problem. However, when I try to use the VPN to access those clients' company servers, I cannot connect them. I'm using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and WatchGuard Firebox SSL, both cannot make the connection. I asked different IT support on my laptop end and the server end, and they told the network traffic is time-out on the Sonic. The help desk of Sonic support cannot solve this issue and recommend me to post a topic here. Could anyone help to guide me what to do the next?

Thank you,
Sam

Which type of Sonic service do you have, and what is the equipment deployed there, including any gateways, routers, wifi equipment, etc?
