I wonder if there is any maintenance in the area 94513 or the current fires has something to do with the very bad connection.

No maintenance or reported outages in your area at this time. Looking over your connection if you are still having trouble I would suggest powering off and on your router. If this does not help we will want to do further troubleshooting such as replacing Ethernet cords and power cycling the ONT. Hope this helps!
