Unable to access website frey.bike

Hello:
New sonic fiber customer here, generally very happy w/service. Somehow, have been unable to access frey.bike when at home. Can access from home using cell phone (turning off wifi on phone), or on other devices when at other locations, but cannot, for several weeks now, get frey.bike to load. The website is based in China, but does seem to load fine on other devices in other locations. This site is not known to be malicious- they sell e-bikes. Can anyone help diagnose?

It doesn't work on Sonic's 208.201.224.11, 208.201.224.33 DNS servers. It does work with other DNS servers, but I'm not savvy enough to be sure exactly where the problem lies. It does resolve with both Cloudflare and OpenDNS.

You should now be able to load up the site frey.bike on your Sonic connection - the DNS servers they're using are returning slightly broken responses. (If you're curious about the technical details, check out the 'EDNS' errors on this page.)
