Will an upgrade from FX1 to FX3 require new equipment? The incoming fiber was installed for the current FX1 service, and with an ARRIS g/w. The Sonic upgrade system says that it requires a full installation by an AT&T technician. Does that just mean they simply need to be present to test/verify the connection?
