over quota?

So, I just tried to upload a picture into my web space here, and then tried to view that picture, and it said that I was over my quota space. Funny, I don't even have a web site in there. What could I possibly have in there that is using my quota? How do I find this out?

How large of an image are we talking about?

This one wasn't that big, but the point was that I couldn't host it that I wanted to, but no biggie, that's what Photobucket is for.

I am trying to figure out what was already there that is throwing me over the quota. The usage tool should do it.
