Please consider delivering Gigabit Interent Service to the CA 94941-2461, Strawberry Area. We have lived here over 30 years and our neighborhood is very frustrated with the Comcast Internet and TV service in this area.
We pay over $220 per month for their Internet and TV service. While they have upgraded their speeds (we currently get 500mbps when it works) the reliability of their infrasructure is terrible. Our Internet goes down > 10 times a day, TV service is constantly pixelated and unwatchable. These issues have been ongoing for over 3 years.
We had a senior service regional manager for Comcast confess that Comcast's infrasture in this area is old and need to be upgraded, but Comcast does not want to make the needed investment, even though this and surounding areas are high income. So it is a constant cycle of patching / fixing a poor infrastucture. We have had 6 support visits in 3 months. When service goes really bad it takes about 2-3 months and 4-6 service visits and escalations to get it resolved. If and when they do fix issues they typically reappear within a month or two. When you ask for credits for a service that has not worked for 2-3 months they then insult you by offering you a $20 credit on you bill. We build and run websites and are network savy and know how to identify that it is an -outside-the-house network issue.

If Sonic where to provide reliable Gigabit Service in our area they would likely get many hiundereds of frustrated Comcast customers switching.
