FTTH in palo alto, CA?

Are there plans to bring FTTH in palo alto? I understand sonic currently uses ATT's network in Palo Alto.

I am also interested in FTTH in Palo Alto.

Palo Alto used to be a leader in 'net access. AT&T and Comcast's grip has ruined that.
