WE signed up for the new Fiber Optic plan hoping it would make internet faster / stop dropping, etc and it is FAR WORSE. I called very upset last week and luckily they said we are still within the trial time but I could not sit and deal with the tech because I had to get going for things planned in life. I told them to take note and now I can't reach them on phone! ALL sonic phone lines appear to be down. I want the old copper wire lines back. WIFI SUCKS!
