Why are all sonic phone lines down?

WE signed up for the new Fiber Optic plan hoping it would make internet faster / stop dropping, etc and it is FAR WORSE. I called very upset last week and luckily they said we are still within the trial time but I could not sit and deal with the tech because I had to get going for things planned in life. I told them to take note and now I can't reach them on phone! ALL sonic phone lines appear to be down. I want the old copper wire lines back. WIFI SUCKS!

I am sorry to hear you have being having wifi troubles with your new Fiber service. We are currently experiencing an issue with all inbound phone calls but can still make outbound calls to customer. If you DM me your username/address and your best contact number, I would be happy to set up a call with one of our Technical Support Representatives, they will be able to help.

To clarify, the issue affecting inbound calling only affects our offices and support lines and has not impact whatsoever on our own on-network Sonic provided phone services. We've kept our office and support lines handled by another telecommunications provider to ensure that a failure of our own switch doesn't impact our customer's ability to contact us. Unfortunately, they've had both a recent equipment failure and now fiber cut impact our service.
