What new equipment or installation is required to move from X1 to X2? We have two pair wires coming into our house. One is an ATT landline which we will keep, the other is currently running Sonic X1.

You'd need to have a third pair, if you're going to keep the AT&T POTS line. But, why not move that to the Fusion platform?

The new modem is supplied by Sonic, it'd be a Sonic branded Pace or SmartRG device which supports xDSL pair bonding, and provides WiFi and four Ethernet ports. The fee for the equipment is $9.50 monthly.

Sometimes the wiring is easy - if you're lucky, the wires we deliver on are connected in the home. But given the situation where you've got an AT&T POTS line in service, my guess is that won't be the case. If that remains in place, it's likely we'd have to dispatch to assist you in finding the second pair, maybe running a new wire, etc. Our care team assists in getting that process all completed if and when necessary.
