mail servers?

Hi,

Could someone tell me what are the incoming and outgoing email servers for sonic.net? I have a regular user account. Not sure what other info you might need to answer my question.

I'm trying to email something from an iPod to my sonic.net address, but the iPod asks me to set up an email account first. Since I have one on sonic, I might as well use that. But it's asking for the incoming and outgoing email servers, and I don't know what they're called. imap.sonic.net? mail.sonic.net? Something else?
