Hi,
It appears that the check for Fusion availability may not be working correctly when there's an AT&T phone number available. My neighbor has AT&T U-Verse and when checking her number, the Fusion check comes back with 'Fusions is not available in your area'. Which can't be, since I have Sonic Fusion and I live 20ft away from her house.
Sure enough, putting in the address itself and claiming that there's no AT&T phone number, the check comes back with a distance of 4,200 wire feet from the local Sonic servicing office being reported.
So it seems like that either the check with AT&T doesn't always work as it should or AT&T completely guards U-verse customers as unavailable to ADSL2+ checks from other service providers.
Thoughts, confirmations?
