Expand Sonic Coverage

Hello,

We've had great support and service with Sonic downtown and we are wondering when we can expect Sonic to expand to the Sea Cliff area in San Francisco. Is there roadmap or someone we can talk to about the future plans for expansion? Many thanks and appreciate all the great service you provide!

The challenge in Sea Cliff is that the utilities there are underground, and City of San Francisco doesn't currently allow new utilities to be built using modern, low-impact trenchless methods. We're at an impasse in regards to deployment there as a result. We'd deploy using a combination of directional boring and microtrenching, methods that are commonly used in other cities all around the US, but today at least, neither are allowed in SF. So, we're stuck.
