6rd tunnel down?

Is the 6rd tunnel down? I don't seem to get packets from 184.23.144.1 anymore (Sonic Fiber in SF).

Ah. I can still reach Sonic addresses through it (like Sonic's nameserver, 2001:5a8:601:2::39), but nothing else.

I'm seeing the exact same issue. It's actually breaking quite a lot of things in this state such as apt, Outlook, etc. I was wondering why everything became so slow over there weekend.
I hope this can be resolved soon.
