Recently completed building in an apartment complex already serviced

Hi,
There's a new phase that was completed recently in an apartment complex with 2 other buildings. According to the availability tool, the older 2 buildings can get the service, but the new one can't. I checked on AT&T's website, and the new building address does show that 1Gbps fiber is available. Any chance someone can look into this?
Apartment complex name: Station Park Green Apartments
Building I want to get service at, but shows unavailable:
410 Station Park Circle,
Unit 201,
San Mateo, CA 94402
The other two buildings:
400 Station Park Circle
and 410 Station Park Circle
I used a placeholder for the apartment number, but Unit 201 exists in each one for checking purposes.
