GB Fiber rollout in LA (specifically San Marino)?

Not sure if this is the place to ask but what is the potential for Los Angeles (specifically San Marino, Highland Park, Pasadena, San Gabriel) neighborhood to get Sonic GB fiber availability?
At the moment, fastest is 300 gb Spectrum cable...talked to San Marino City Hall and no one really knows anything about ISP deals or anything so I assume there is no exclusive agreement with anyone...
