Internet crashing every night Albany near Berkeley--on and off all the time--HELP!!!

For months but much worse lately Sonic goes out every night around 10 pm for hours with fiber outages every 5-10 minutes. Have contacted Sonic over and over and over and over....they claim not their problem. Is it? Or is there some massive data hog? How to know? What to do? HELP!!!

I would like to take a look at your connection to see what might be causing the issue. If you are using a wireless connection and it happens at the same time every night it might be something in your home turning on at that time causing the issue. If you could send us a an email to
